Customer terms

Effective at launch, 2026

These terms are between Whistler Growth LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and you. Here is what you get, how billing works, and how to stop if it isn't working for you.

1. What an opportunity is (and isn't)

An opportunity is a business we've researched that looks worth your time. It is not a confirmed buyer, an appointment, or a guaranteed contract. They haven't told us they're looking for a cleaner. We reach out to facilities only to verify who handles cleaning decisions, and with your OK we may reach out further on your behalf. We never share your name or details with a facility without your permission. You own the relationship.

2. Price

The price is $299 a month, billed month to month by card or bank account. Your rate stays fixed for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.

3. Sales tax

If Texas sales tax applies to the service, it's added separately on your invoice.

4. What you're paying for

Ongoing monitoring of your market, research, qualification, and a weekly report. Every week we send a short report with the qualified, researched opportunities we found for your area, as one-page PDFs. We don't promise a set number. Some weeks the market has fewer real opportunities, and we won't lower the bar or pad a report to make up the difference.

5. When service starts and delivery

Service starts once you've accepted these terms and your first payment goes through. We then hold a 20-minute setup call to set your counties, the facility types you want and the ones to skip, and who gets the report. Your first report arrives within 5 business days after the later of your first payment and the setup call. After that, your report comes every week. Before subscribing, you are welcome to talk with us first, and Jared will reply personally.

6. What counts as an opportunity

It has to meet all of these:

7. Corrections

Tell us within 14 days of delivery if an opportunity is a duplicate, has bad information (wrong place, closed, wrong facility type, a dead route in), or doesn't meet the definition above. We'll fix it or replace it in an upcoming weekly delivery.

8. If we don't hold up our end

If we miss reports, keep sending wrong information, or don't do the work described here, tell us. We'll make it right with a fair correction, credit, or refund, depending on what happened.

9. Cancelling

Cancel anytime before your next billing date, and you won't be charged again. You keep everything through the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund a month that has already started, unless it falls under the section above. To cancel, email jared@whistlergrowth.com or use the billing link in your receipt.

10. 30-day allocation

We log every opportunity we send you and won't give it to another cleaning customer for 30 days. This isn't permanent exclusivity, and there's no exclusive territory. Public marketing samples on this site are separate.

11. Confidentiality

Your reports are for your company's own use, so please don't resell or share them outside your company. We keep the business information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver and improve your service.

12. Limits

Reports are research based on public information. We don't guarantee any outcome, contract, or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

13. Texas law and changes

Texas law governs these terms. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change. Your rate stays fixed while you stay continuously subscribed.

14. Accepting

You accept these terms by replying "I agree" to the email with your customer agreement, or by e-signature. Checking out confirms that acceptance.
