  • Hosting and SSL.Your site stays online and secure (the padlock in the browser).
  • Maintenance and basic monitoring.We keep things running and check that your site is up.

How it works

What we do, piece by piece

  • Building your website

    We start with a short call about your business, your services and the area you serve. You send us your logo and a few photos. We build up to 5 pages, usually Home, Services, About, Reviews or Gallery, and Contact, and send you a private preview link. Once you're happy and say yes, we put it live on your domain.

  • Hosting

    Your site runs on Cloudflare's network, so it loads quickly on phones and computers. Hosting and the SSL certificate are part of the monthly price. Your domain name is separate: it's registered in your name and you pay your registrar for it directly.

  • Maintenance

    We keep a backup of your site, check that it's up, and test your contact form regularly. Need to change your hours or add a service? Just send us a note. Up to 2 small updates a month are included.

  • Google Business Profile

    We help set up or tidy up your free Google Business Profile: hours, services, photos and a link to your new site. You stay the Owner of your profile, and you add us as a Manager, never the other way around. Google decides who's eligible and how profiles are verified.

  • Inquiry forms

    Your contact or quote form sends each inquiry straight to your email, with the customer's details so you can hit reply. We test it before launch and keep checking it after, so inquiries don't quietly go missing.

  • Your monthly report

    Once a month you get a short, plain-English summary of how many people visited your site and how many inquiries came in. No fluff.

What we don't do

  • No guaranteed leads or rankings.A good site helps people find and trust you, but nobody can honestly promise a number of calls or a spot on Google.
  • No unlimited revisions.Setup includes your review before launch, then up to 2 small updates a month.
  • No ad management.We don't run Google, Facebook or other paid ads.
